12:00 noon: Camping opens - Join the many players who arrive on Friday and set up their “temporary homes” for the weekend. Swap “war lies” as you enjoy the lush, green camping area and the camaraderie of others. Take a minute to fill out your game waivers and walk the field or plan your strategies.
7:00 pm: BBQ for Registered Players, Registration/Check-in

Saturday
8:00 am: Registration/Check-in opens/Chronographs open - Be sure to fill out your appropriate waivers for the event and receive player packet, complete with a commemorative, embroidered game patch, game ID, lanyard, and character card.
11:00 am: Player briefing for ALL players - You, as a participant, MUST attend this very important part of the event to ensure you understand of all the rules, receive last minute updates to the game and more.
12:00 noon: Game On - The scenario event begins. Prepare yourself for an adventure of a lifetime!
5:00 pm: Regular play ends; prepare for Dinner Battle - Get yourself loaded with more paint and air and prepare yourself for a 20 minute, no holds barred, instant resurrection battle for a major prop that can help lead your team to victory!
5:40 pm: Dinner Battle
6:00 pm: Dinner break begins - Take some time to sit around swapping "War Lies" with the many great players, visit one of the local restaurants, visit the fields' "snack bar" and pro shop or start grilling your own fare.
8:00 pm: Chronographs Open - Remember, chrono speed for night play is 250fps.
8:45 pm: Player briefing for night play - MUST be attended by anyone playing the night portion of this event for safety briefing and latest updates to the game.
9:00 pm: Dinner break ends; play begins* - Night play is a different beast in itself. Shadows cause you to see things as each sound is amplified making you think there is someone around the corner waiting for you.
*Night play continues until a cease-fire is call by the Generals.
Sunday
8:00 am: Chronographs open - Daytime speeds are 280fps
8:30 am: Player Briefing - Mandatory
9:00 am: Game on - Play continues
12:00 noon: Regular play ends. Prepare for Final Battle - Top off your pods and tanks and prepare for Final Battle.
12:40 pm: Final Battle - This is your opportunity to help lead your team to victory. This is the FINAL BATTLE of the event and is worth 45 points to the winning side. This battle is often the catalyst that helps determine the winning team.
1:00 pm: End of Play
1:45 pm: Player Awards Ceremony and Prize Drawing - Join your teammates as the generals from both sides give away certificates of recognition to selected players on each team, scores are announced, and prizes are given away to the participants of the scenario event.
