Scenario Event Fees and Procedures

Costs per person for any event produced by BlackCat Paintball Productions
are as follows. 

Games at Professor Lumpy's Paintball Academy in Ohio: $40 per person for any 24-hour scenario event pre-paid at least 17 days prior to each event and $55.00 per person at the event.

$35 per person for any 12-hour scenario event pre-paid at least
17 days prior to each event and $50.00 per person at the event.

California Games: $50 per person for any 24-hour scenario event pre-paid at least 17 days prior to each event and $65.00 per person at the event.

$45 per person for any 12-hour scenario event pre-paid at least
17 days prior to each event and $60.00 per person at the event.

Other Locations: $45 per person for any 24-hour scenario event pre-paid at least 17 days prior to each event and $60.00 per person at the event.

$40 per person for any 12-hour scenario event pre-paid at least
17 days prior to each event and $55.00 per person at the event.

*Excludes Special Events or if postmarked after the pre-registration deadline.
Payments will be made to Black Cat Paintball Productions in the form of check, money order or by Credit Card through our online store using PayPal or visit one of our many Registration Centers across the country.

Cost of paint at each event will be $75.00 for Premium Paint per case of 2000 or $65.00 for Recreational Grade per case of 2000. Event paint only at all BlackCat Paintball Productions Events. Players registering 21 days prior to the event will receive a $5.00 voucher toward player's first case of paint.

AFTER YOU REGISTER BY MAIL OR  THROUGH OUR ON-LINE STORE

 

After you register by mail or through our on-line store, you will not receive a “ticket”, player packet or confirmation by email or traditional mail.  Your player packet, which includes your event i.d., (much like an entry “ticket”) will be given to you at the event after you follow the check-in procedures below.  Our registration staff receives all on-line store registration; all traditionally mailed registration is received in the same fashion.  Our staff then logs all information and creates a player packet for you.  You are not required to bring your PayPal receipt, copy of your cancelled check or money order receipt to the event.  If you would like to do so, it is never a bad idea, since snail mail and PayPal email are never an exact science.  If, prior to the event, you would like to check that our registration staff has received your registration, you may email us: registration@blackcatpaintball.com

5.  At the Hosting Field on the day of the event.  (Friday night or Saturday of the event.)*

*Please note that payment after the pre-registration deadline is $15 more than the pre-registered price.

Check-In/Registration procedures at the field will be as follows:

Teams/Player Groups

1. If you are member of a team, the player who pre-registered as the captain of the team shall ensure that all of his/her team members complete the Field Insurance Waivers and BlackCat Paintball Productions Waivers if they have not already done so by mail.

2. Team captain will then collect all of the waivers and turn them in at the BlackCat Registration Booth.

3. The captains will then receive his/her team's player packets and be responsible for distributing them to his/her teammates.

Note:  Teams registering the day of the event must also complete a Team Registration Form.

Individuals

1. Individual players should report to the BlackCat Registration Booth on the day of event and complete a Field Insurance Waiver and BlackCat Paintball Productions Waiver.

2. Turn your waivers in at the BlackCat Registration Booth to receive your player packet.

All minors (players under the age of 18) who have not had a waiver form signed prior to the event by their parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to the registration booth for Minor Waivers and Medical Release Forms to be signed.

Note: Individuals registering the day of the event must also complete an Individual Registration Form.

Online Registration: Please select the appropriate event name in the Online Store. You will then be taken to PayPal to make your payment. Once this is complete, you will be sent to a registration form. Please fill it out in its entirety. You may register multiple players at one time, but please ensure that you include the names of all the players you are paying for in the "notes" section of PayPal.

Registration by Mail: You may print out any one of the registration forms. Please fill them out completely and submit them with payment in the form of Check or Money Order to:

Insurance Waivers must be filled out and submitted by everyone participating in each event. All minors must have an Minor Insurance Waiver that is signed by their parent or legal guardian in order for them to participate in the event. The insurance waiver is for BlackCat Paintball Productions only. You will also be required to fill out and sign an additional waiver at the event for the Hosting Field unless one is provided for you on their web site.

Medical Release Forms must be signed by a parent or legal guardian of minors,17 years old and under, whose parent or guardian will not be participating in the event. This form authorizes BlackCat Paintball Productions to seek medical attention for minors in case of accident or injury during the course of the event.

Included for your fee are the following: Player I.D. badge allowing you to participate in the event, Friday Night Player BBQ, Camping, Event Program, Embroidered Event Patch, Character/Role Card, Lanyard, and Entrance into Prize Drawings.

2 Day Event Hours: Shall be from 1:00pm Saturday until 1:00pm on Sunday the following day with a Saturday dinner break from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm. (See 2-Day Event Itinerary for more details.)*

12 hour Event Hours:  Shall be from 10:00am Saturday until 10:00pm Saturday with a dinner break from 5:00pm until 6:00pm.  (See 12-Hour Event Itinerary for more details.)*

Refund Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable; forfeitures of fees shall apply to everyone, with no exceptions. If you have registered for an event and are unable to attend, we cannot substitute events or refund your registration. If the event is cancelled for any reason prior to the event, your registration fee will be returned to you in full within 30 days. If you are ejected from the event for misconduct, violation of safety and / or game rules or for any other infraction that management deems valid, no fees shall be refunded to you. This includes entrance fees, paint fees, air fees or any other expenses that you may have incurred.


*Some events may not continue for the duration outlined in the Event Itinerary due to inclement weather, emergencies, or lack of participation by players. This option shall be at the sole discretion of the scenario producer and does not constitute a refund of any kind.
